Dr. Teri M. Ayewoh, PhD - Founder/Executive Director/Program & Event Director

Dr. T is the visionary founder and executive director of the DanObe Foundation Inc., where she also serves as the program and event director. She is a Servant Leader and her leadership is grounded in creating meaningful impact in the lives of others. With a diverse background in Social Work, Health Care Management, Mental Health, Counseling and Psychological Studies, Addiction Counseling, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WARP) and Direct Instruction in Social-Emotional Learning and Character Development, Dr. T brings a wealth of expertise that informs every initiative she leads and is a member of the American Business Women Association (ABWA) Douglas County Charter Chapter.

Her dedication to service is recognized, she is a proud recipient of the President Barack Obama Volunteer Service Award. In addition, her work as a former volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)/Guardian ad Litem in Douglas County speaks to her lifelong commitment to advocating for the most vulnerable. These experiences, along with her ongoing philanthropic work, exemplify her passion for uplifting individuals and strengthening communities.

In addition, Dr. T serves as the Program and Event Director, where she leads every stage of program design and implementation with intentionality and purpose, focusing on creating lasting impact through meaningful, collaborative initiatives.

Throughout her career, Dr. T has been an advocate for the well-being of individuals and families. As a school-based mental health therapist with the Cobb/Douglas County Community Services Board, she made a lasting impact within the Douglas County School System by supporting students and families. Her work continues to be guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to essential resources, support, and opportunities to thrive.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. T is a devoted wife and proud mother of two. She treasures time with her family and draws strength from their support. Under her inspiring leadership, the organization serves as a beacon of hope, driving efforts that foster equity, healing, education, and empowerment. Dr. T’s legacy is one of transformative service. Through her passion and vision, she not only leads but also ignites a collective spirit of giving, encouraging others to join her in building stronger, more compassionate communities, locally and beyond. Angela Robles - Community Liaison & Advocacy Director/Vice Chair

Angela Robles serves as the Community Liaison & Advocacy Director and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at DanObe Foundation Inc., bringing over 15 years of passionate, community-centered advocacy to the Douglas County, Georgia area. With a steadfast commitment to child development, family empowerment, and equitable access to resources, Angela plays a vital leadership role in shaping the foundation’s outreach efforts and advancing its mission of transformational community service.

Throughout her career, Angela has been an advocate for children and families, with a particular focus on those navigating systemic challenges. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)/Guardian ad Litem volunteer for four years, she provided crucial support and representation to children involved in the child welfare and legal systems. Her role was instrumental in ensuring that the voices of vulnerable youth were heard, their rights protected, and their best interests prioritized in legal proceedings.

Angela’s impact extended further during her six-year tenure as a Bilingual Parent Liaison, where she served as a critical link between schools and diverse families, particularly those from Spanish-speaking backgrounds. In this role, she fostered effective communication, built trust, and championed inclusive practices within the education system. Her ability to break down cultural and language barriers helped create supportive, connected school communities and improved outcomes for countless students and their families.

In her dual leadership roles at DanObe Foundation, Angela combines her grassroots experience with strategic oversight. As Vice Chair, she collaborates closely with the Executive Director and board members to guide the organization’s vision, uphold its governance, and ensure accountability. As Community Liaison & Advocacy Director, she actively leads outreach initiatives, builds community partnerships, and advocates for the needs of underserved populations. Her efforts help bridge the gap between families and vital resources, ensuring that no one is left behind. Angela plays a key role in supporting students, families, and educators across Fulton County SAFE Centers by fostering strong partnerships between schools and the broader community.

She is deeply invested in ongoing community engagement and personal development initiatives. Her leadership is fueled by a genuine passion for service and an unshakable belief in the power of advocacy to create long-term change. Whether she’s mentoring parents, coordinating outreach efforts, or helping design family-centered programs, Angela approaches every task with integrity, empathy, and purpose.

She is a wife and mother and enjoys spending time with her family. Through her dedication, collaborative spirit, and compassionate leadership, Angela Robles continues to be a driving force in the DanObe Foundation’s work. Her contributions are vital to the organization’s success, and embody its heart and mission.

Rae-Chelle Clark - Director/Treasurer & Communications and Volunteer Coordinator

Rae-Chelle serves as the Director/Treasurer and Communications and Volunteer Coordinator at DanObe Foundation Inc., where she plays an important role in strengthening community engagement and advancing the foundation’s outreach initiatives. A compassionate and purpose-driven leader, Rae-Chelle brings strategic insight to every aspect of her work, ensuring each effort aligns with the foundation’s core values of service, kindness, compassion, and empowerment.

In her dual leadership roles, she oversees communications strategy, manages organizational finances with integrity, and coordinates volunteer operations that foster inclusive and impactful community involvement. She excels in mobilizing volunteers around meaningful causes, cultivating a culture of collaboration, and ensuring that every program is executed with care.

Currently pursuing a nursing degree, Rae-Chelle is expanding her ability to serve others by bridging the fields of healthcare and community service. Her academic journey deepens her understanding of the critical connections between physical health, emotional well-being, and social support, enhancing her effectiveness in both her nonprofit and future clinical work. This integration of medical knowledge and community advocacy uniquely positions her to be a compassionate connector between care systems and those in need.

Outside of her professional and academic responsibilities, Rae-Chelle is a wife and mother. Her personal experiences with caregiving and balancing multiple roles inform her empathetic approach to leadership and deepen her commitment to uplifting families. As a lifelong learner, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and finding new opportunities to learn and serve.

Rae-Chelle’s ability to lead with authenticity and heart makes her a valuable force within DanObe Foundation. Through her dedication and vision, she continues to drive positive change and help create lasting, impact in the lives of those the foundation serves.

Abegail Berkeley - Board Chair/Secretary

Abegail Berkeley serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors, and Secretary at DanObe Foundation Inc., bringing a dynamic and multifaceted skill set to her leadership roles. With expertise in Computer Information Systems, Managerial Science, and Special Education, Abegail leverages her unique blend of technical proficiency, strategic insight, and deep understanding of special needs populations to navigate the complex demands of nonprofit governance and program management with remarkable effectiveness.

Her commitment to service is rooted in a passion for empowering underprivileged families and fostering sustainable community growth. Abegail plays a vital role in strategic planning, program development, and organizational governance, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the foundation’s mission of driving transformation through compassionate outreach.

In her capacity as Chair of the Board, she leads with clarity and purpose facilitating board meetings, guiding strategic initiatives, and helping to shape the long-term vision of the organization. As Secretary, she upholds the foundation’s integrity by ensuring compliance, maintaining critical records, and organizational accountability and transparency between the board and the Executive Director.

As a devoted wife and mother, she brings the same dedication, empathy, and care to her community efforts that she brings to her own family.
