Celebrating Douglas County High School African Student Association African Night 2025
Danobe Foundation Inc. had the honor of attending the African Student Association (ASA) event at Douglas County High School in Douglasville, Georgia, on March 7, 2025. This vibrant event brought together students and community members to celebrate African culture and heritage, featuring beautiful performances from the talented student body of Douglas County High School, as well as delicious food that showcased the rich diversity of African cuisine, including vendors.
During the event, as a vendor, DanObe Foundation Inc. took the opportunity to promote its upcoming Children’s Mental Health & Substance Use Awareness Fun Fair, which will take place on May 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the One Family Resource Center, located at 5903 Stewart Parkway, Douglasville, GA 30135. The event aims to raise awareness about the critical issues of children’s mental health and substance use, offering resources and support to families and individuals in the community.
In addition to promoting the Fun Fair, DanObe Foundation also showed its support for the African Student Association by providing attendees with goodies throughout the event. This gesture was warmly appreciated by the students and guests, helping to further build connections within the community.

The event was a success, not only for its celebration of African culture but also for fostering a strong sense of community and support.
Empowering Voices & Golden Freedom: Celebrating Black History Month & National Senior Independence Month
On February 21, 2025, the Lithia Springs Senior Center and DanObe Foundation Inc. proudly hosted “Empowering Voices & Golden Freedom” in celebration of Black History Month and National Senior Independence Month. This extraordinary event showcased remarkable performances from Chapel Hill High School students, in Douglasville, Georgia including Saxation (Charles Everett, Liam Scott, & Olivia Hines-Price), Trenton Joe (Short piece), Madison & Mikayla Gibson (duet), Lawrison Francis (solo), and Obehi Ayewoh (spoken word), all honoring both Black History Month and National Senior Independence Month. Additionally, Ms. Colleen Rose, the Senior Representative of Lithia Springs Senior Center, delivered a heartfelt spoken word tribute to our seniors.
A sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude go out to our incredible performers and volunteers who generously dedicated their time and energy to support our seniors throughout the event. We would also like to express our deepest appreciation to Lithia Springs Senior Center for partnering with us in this effort to uplift and serve our seniors. A special thanks and appreciation to Coca-Cola UNITED for partnering with us to provide beverages for the event. A special thanks to Papa Johns Pizza on Chapel Hill Rd for partnering with us. A special shout-out goes to our own Ms. Janay Mosley for being an outstanding MC, infusing the event with her infectious energy and warmth, and Mrs. Tammie Mosley, for ensuring our seniors felt loved and welcomed throughout the event. A special appreciation goes out to Ms. Johane Pierrette for her outstanding dedication and care during the event. Her efforts in ensuring that our seniors were well-fed and taken care of were truly remarkable. Annette Winn Elementary School Sneaker Ball Dance
DanObe Foundation Inc. sponsored Annette Winn Elementary School Sneaker Ball Dance by decorating the school gym, held on February 6, 2025, in Lithia Springs. This lively and vibrant event was brought to life with stunning decorations, thoughtfully designed by the DanObe team in collaboration with the exceptional staff at Annette Winn. Together, we created a warm, festive atmosphere for students and their families to enjoy.
We are deeply grateful to Principal Minda Trexler and her entire team for their gracious hospitality and for entrusting us with the opportunity to help transform their community and contribute to the event’s success.
At DanObe, we firmly believe in lifting others, we RISE. This event is a shining example of the power of unity, community, collaboration, and the lasting positive impact we can make when we work together to make a difference in the lives of others and our community.
On November 2, 2024, DanObe Foundation Inc., in collaboration with Serenity Empire, hosted a heartfelt celebration honoring seniors and veterans during our “Celebrating Seniors with Life Treasure” event. The event was filled with inspiring performances and moments of appreciation, thanks to the incredible talent and dedication of our performers.
We were fortunate to have students from Chapel Hill High School who graced the stage with their performances, including Saxation (Olivia Hines-Price, Tyler Dobson, Liam Scott), Lawrison Francis (Solo), Jana Pierrette (Spoken Word), as well as Luis Garcia (Solo) from Lithia Springs High School and Lindsey Robles (Pianist) from Georgia State University. Their talent and passion truly made the event special.
A heartfelt thank you to all our performers, as well as the amazing volunteers whose hard work contributed to the success of the event. DanObe Foundation Inc. Christmas Leadership Celebration
On December 15, 2024, DanObe Foundation Inc. hosted its inaugural leadership Christmas party, bringing together the foundation’s leadership team and their families for a joyous and memorable evening. The celebration was a heartwarming occasion that reflected the foundation’s commitment to fostering a strong sense of community and gratitude.
The event was filled with festive cheer, laughter, and an overwhelming sense of appreciation for the hard work and dedication shown by each team member throughout the year. It was not only a time to recognize accomplishments but also to reflect on the collective efforts that had contributed to the foundation’s success in 2024. In addition to sharing delicious food and drinks, the celebration highlighted warm and inclusive atmosphere. Thanks Mrs. Abegail Berkeley for organization such a wonderful event.

Christmas Celebration at The Christ of Jesus Christ in Douglasville, Ga
DanObe Foundation Inc. joyfully participated in "The Christ of Jesus Christ Christmas celebration on December 14, 2024," spreading love and generosity by donating gifts to the children of the church. In a heartwarming gesture of reciprocity, the church graciously donated beautifully handmade blankets to our organization, showcasing the spirit of giving and community support.
